Shipping Information

Shipping within Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei

Completed and paid orders are shipped out within 3 working days. Delivery takes place on Monday-Saturday, not including public holidays. We send all our packages via registered mail, with the following delivery times (after shipment):

  • Singapore: 3-5 working days. Free delivery for all orders over $40, enter FREEDEL40 at checkout.

  • Malaysia: 5-7 working days

  • Indonesia: 10-15 working days

  • Brunei: 5-7 working days

Signature is required upon delivery for all orders and so we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

Shipping to other countries not listed above

Drop us a quick message and we’ll get back to you with a shipping estimate. As this depends on your destination and volumetrics (so bigger items tend to be more expensive), we can give you a more accurate estimate once we know what you’re keen on purchasing. Don’t be shy, the postage is often a lot cheaper than you think!

All orders will be sent by registered mail and include tracking - link will be provided upon order fulfillment.

Redelivery

In the event that a package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information, we will have to re-arrange and charge for a re-delivery.

 

Returns

We really hope you love your purchase, but in case you are not satisfied, please follow these steps with regards to making a return. Please note we only accept returns for items purchased at full price:

1.       Email us at TheHandmadeRomantics@Outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item and state reason for return. Only returns that have been approved via this method will be accepted.

2.       We will provide instructions for returns and they will need to be sent via a trackable posting method. We are not responsible for any lost packages, so please provide tracking information once available. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.

3.       All returns need to be received within 2 weeks of the return being accepted by The Handmade Romantics.

4.       Please attach a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email in your return package.

5.       All items will be inspected upon return. Only those which are unworn, unused and undamaged will be accepted as returns. Please send back the item together with the packaging that it came in (e.g. jewellery pouch for the necklaces/ring, shoeboxes for the shoes etc.)

We apologise in advance in the unfortunate event that we have sent you an incorrect or defective item. Please contact us at the email address above if this has happened to you.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be some discrepancies between items and the website images. We try to provide as accurate descriptions and measurements of the products as possible on the website. We also work closely with our partner craftsmen to ensure the quality of the products and these discrepancies are not considered defects.
